Katy Webber is a fully qualified, registered Auckland counsellor. She has many years of experience helping people find peace of mind, adapt to change, build durability, and learn new ways to thrive.
Katy's counselling services are available face-to-face for individuals, couples and families at her clinic in Pakuranga, Auckland. She also offers online talking therapy via phone or Zoom throughout New Zealand.

Just as physical rehabilitation supports healing of the body following an accident or injury, the trauma counselling I offer will help you to recover your mental and emotional health after the traumatic event, and adjust positively to any lasting changes in your life.

I am accredited as an ACC, WINZ, and EAP (Employment Assistance Programme) counselling services provider. Talk to your case worker about whether you qualify for funding.

acceptance & commitment therapy

cognitive behavioural therapy
CBT is a form of talk therapy which can be used to help people work through a wide range of challenging issues. In this therapy we gently challenge and change underlying, unhelpful thought patterns.
